Leapfrog Club event Terms and Conditions:

  1. All tickets are supplied in good faith and The Telford Centre cannot be held responsible for any chances or cancellation of the event.
  2. Spaces are limited and tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability. Entry to the Stories with Santa event is strictly by ticket only. The Telford Centre reverses the right to refuse bookings at its discretion.
  3. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the smooth running of the event, occasionally unforeseen circumstances may disturb this. The Telford Centre may alter the programme of events at our discretion without notice.
  4. However if in our absolute discretion we consider it appropriate to cancel an event, we will endeavour to notify you and keep you informed of forthcoming events.
  5. Tickets are supplied for use of applicant and guest only.
  6. Children attending events must be accompanied by an adult.
  7. Tickets are non-transferable.
  8. There may be a photographer and/or videographer at events, so please let us know upon arrival if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed. 

Unwrap the Magic Competition Terms and Conditions:

  1. No purchase necessary. Only fully completed entry forms will be accepted.
  2. Prize draw open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
  3. The competition will run from Saturday 9 December to Sunday 31 December  2017. One winner will be drawn on the Tuesday 2 January 2018.
  4. The winner will receive a Telford Centre gift voucher for the value £1,000.
  5. This promotion is open to UK residents excluding The Telford Centre employees, their families, their respective agents and anyone professionally linked with this promotion.
  6. The Telford Centre will take all reasonable steps to ensure the promotion takes place as set out in these terms and conditions but reserve the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.
  7. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by its terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
  8. Entries can be via official entry forms only. No cash prize alternative is offered.
  9. The winners will be required to collect their prize from The Telford Centre on a pre-agreed date. A full name, contact number and address are required from all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. The promoter’s decision is final.
  10. The promoters accept no responsibility for entries that fail to be included in the draw for any reason whatsoever.
  11. The winners may be required to take part in publicity. 

These terms and conditions and the rights and obligations of the promoters and entrants shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Social media - Telford mid-week treat

We will be running weekly promotions – the dates of each promotion will be explained in a launch social media message. Mid-week treat's will go live every Wednesday at 6pm on our Facebook page. 

Weekly competitions will close at midnight the following Thursday and a winner will be drawn Friday's at 10am. 

Entry: Entrants must be aged 18 and over

If successfully drawn as a winner, the entrant will be contacted by The Telford Centre. Methods of contact include receiving a ‘direct message’ from us on Facebook

Prize: One winner will be drawn each week, and will receive a free mid-week treat which will be detailed on Facebook. 

  • The promoter of a promotion on our social media channels is The Telford Centre, Telford, Shropshire, TF3 4BX
  • Promotions are open to UK residents over 18, excluding employees of The Telford Centre, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. The Telford Centre reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
  • Each promotion runs during the promotion dates set out in the launch message until the specified closing date. Entries received after this date and time will not be entered into the promotion.
  • The promotion period is 24th July – 28th August
  • Weekly winners will be announced on the Monday of each week over the competition period. The winner will be notified via direct message within three working days. Winners will have 28 days to claim their prize.
  • Prizes must be collected in person at the Telford Centre.
  • The Telford Centre reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reasons outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
  • The winner may be asked to appear in promotion related publicity.

 

 

Admission Policy

Telford Shopping Centre, including car parks, walkways, bridges and service areas is privately owned property.

Members of the public are only invited into the centre to use the retail and leisure facilities within but by entering this private property they are automatically subject to the conditions of this admission policy.

Please note that the conduct, behaviour and safety of young children must be properly supervised by their attendant parents/guardians at all times.

Individuals will be refused entry and required to leave the premises immediately if they are in breach of any of the following conditions:

  • The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited anywhere on site except within designated licensed premises.
  • Foul and/or abusive language, obscene chanting or racial abuse will not be tolerated.
  • Rowdy, anti-social, nuisance and/or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the shopping centre and also in the vicinity of entrances. This includes cigarettes and e-cigarettes of all types.
  • Running or playing ball games in the malls is prohibited.
  • In the interests of health and safety and the prevention or accidents, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller blades or other adapted footwear are not permitted within the malls.
  • Visitors must always be fully dressed and shirts or tops must be worn at all times. Partial dress is not permitted in the shopping malls.
  • Full face motorcycle helmets, hoods and balaclavas must be removed before entering the building.
  • Animals are not permitted in the malls except registered assistance dogs.
  • Petitions, canvassing and unauthorized leaflet distribution is strictly prohibited.
  • The playing of audible music equipment is not permitted anywhere within the mall without permission.
  • Unauthorised photography is strictly forbidden and formal prior permission must be obtained from Centre Management.

Important

Centre Management and their appointed security officers are entitled to exclude any person or persons whose actions or behaviour which they consider to be offensive, derogatory or potentially hazardous to health. Their discretion and decision shall be final in all exclusion matters.

Any person requested to leave the premises by Centre Management or their security contractors will do so immediately and without altercation. All such incidents are likely to be recorded and Police assistance will be requested as appropriate.

Social Media Policy

Telford Shopping Centre operates a number of social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. These channels are actively managed between 9am - 5pm daily as public information platforms. Content for these channels is for Telford Shopping Centre, its tenants and associated partners only. No unapproved postings or advertising of individuals or businesses are permitted. As a business communication channel, no abusive, aggressive or inappropriate content will be permitted in any instance. If such activity should take place, the content will be removed without notification and for repeat offenders, action may be considered to prevent future access the social media channels.
