HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF A DRIVE IN MOVIE

Drive in movies are such an iconic experience to share with your family and friends.

Film fans can relax in the comfort of their own car and enjoy a classic movie this Bank Holiday as Telford Shopping Centre’s Red Oak car park is transformed into a drive in cinema.

Check out our do’s and don’ts designed to ensure you have the most incredible experience!

Must Do’s

Have fun! A drive in movie is the perfect way to relax and spend your Bank Holiday evening surrounded with family and friends.

Bring as many snacks as you want – unlike a regular cinema where you may find yourself smuggling sweets into the screen, you are welcome to bring food with you to the drive in movie – a great family picnic in the car.  Alternatively, McDonalds, Krispy Kreme and Sweet Memories will be inside the drive in area, where you can buy from the comfort of your car.

Keep your car switched on – to hear all the action you’ll need to tune your car radio to a specific channel.

Turn your lights off –it’s important to keep your car lights off to help create an immersive experience that everyone can enjoy.

Don’t forget to keep the kids in the car during the movie, we don’t want any children to lose their way.

Remember to allow plenty of time to get to the drive in movie, so you can buy your sweets and treats.
