Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is open to customers aged 18 or above, except agents and employees of the Telford Shopping Centre and their families.
2. Completed entries must be on the correct colour coded form. Other entries will be discounted.
3. Completed entries must be posted into the Competition Box on the Customer Service Desk.
4. Only entries posted between 7pm and 8pm on Thursday evenings will be included in the prize draw.
5. Only one entry per person per week allowed, additional entries will be discounted.
6. The winner will be deemed as the first correct entry drawn at 12 noon on each Friday.
7. £100 weekly prize will be paid in vouchers.
8. Prize vouchers will be from a monthly nominated store. No alternative store voucher is available.
9. The weekly prize draw will take place every Friday at 12 pm.
10. The winner of the weekly prize draw will be notified by telephone on the afternoon following the draw.
11. All entrants for the weekly prize draws will automatically be included in the monthly prize draw.
12. The winner of the monthly £1000 prize must spend the prize between 7pm and 8pm on a Thursday night, to be agreed with Telford Shopping Centre. Any funds not spent during the allotted hour will be forfeited.
13. The monthly prize draw will take place on the last Friday of the month at 12 pm.
14. Winners may be asked for proof of age and identity.
15. Store vouchers, gift cards, cigarettes and alcohol cannot be purchased with the £1,000 prize.
16. All purchases will be paid for by a member of the Shopping Centre Management using a credit card, who will escort the winner. No cash alternative available.
17. The prizes are non transferrable and there shall be no cash alternative to the stated prizes.
18. Any additional costs incurred through using a credit card to purchase the goods, products or services must be included in the prize money.
19. The promotion is open to UK residents.
20. No purchase is necessary – free entry.
21. The winners of the weekly and monthly draws must be available to collect their prizes from the Telford Shopping Centre.
22. The winners of the weekly and monthly draws will be asked to participate in publicity including a presentation ceremony if appropriate.
23. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
24. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of the rules and the participants agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
25. Telford Shopping Centre will take all reasonable steps to ensure the promotion takes place as set out in these terms and conditions, however, reserve the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.
26. Telford Shopping Centre will accept no responsibility for lost, damaged or destroyed entry forms.
27. Telford Shopping Centre reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
28. The Telford shopping Centre Marketing and Events Manager’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
29. The promoter is Telford Shopping Centre.
