This position is for a full-time Manager to work in a brand new, well known jewellery store. The successful applicant must have strong communication, numeracy and computer skills and should therefore be educated to A level standard or higher.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager with all aspects of the branch including hitting sales targets, customer service, housekeeping, visual merchandising, recruitment, training, people management and administration.
Applicants must be of smart appearance and be confident and outgoing as they will be required to approach and engage customers. A keen interest in fashion will be helpful but full training on the product will be given. Previous retail management experience is essential.
This position is permanent on successful completion of a 6 month probationary period.
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Salary: Dependant on experience
