RODNEY RABBIT COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The competition is open to children aged 14 and under.
2. Completed entries must be handed in at the Customer Service Desk, Thetford Chase, Telford Shopping Centre, or posted to Tracy Hadley, Marketing and Events Manager, Management Suite, Telford Shopping Centre, Telford, Shropshire TF3 4BX.
3. The closing date of the competition will be 6PM ON FRIDAY 16 APRIL 2010.
4. Entries received after this time and date will not be counted.
5. The competition entries will be judged by a panel of judges from the Shopping Centre Management. The Marketing Manager’s decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence entered into.
6. The draw will take place on Monday 19 April 2010 and competition winners will be notified by telephone on Tuesday 20 April 2010. The winner will be asked to participate in publicity including a presentation ceremony if appropriate. The prize will be a choice between a Nintendo DS™i XL, or an iPod Touch.
7. The prizes are not transferrable and there shall be no cash alternative to the stated prizes.
8. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of the rules and participants agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. 9. Prizes must be collected in person from Telford Shopping Centre on a mutually agreeable date.
10. No Purchase necessary - free entry.
11. Offer open to all UK residents.
12. The competition is open to all customers aged 14 and below except agents and employees of Telford Shopping Centre and their families.
13. Entry forms damaged, altered, amended or defaced will be deemed unacceptable.
14. Only one entry per person is permitted.
15. Telford Shopping Centre will accept no responsibility for lost, damaged or destroyed entry forms.
16. Proof of posting is not proof of reciept.
17. Telford Shopping Centre will take all reasonable steps to ensure the promotion takes place as set out in these rules, however, reserve the right to withdraw this promotion at any time.
18. Telford Shopping Centre reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
