The reception desk is located on Thetford Chase just off Sherwood Square in Thetford Chase. Additionally the information desk is located in Wrekin Square and offers services such as theatre, B&B bookings, maps and tourist information. Parent and Baby Changing Room
Located on Southwater Mall is a dedicated parent and baby changing facility which includes a breast feeding room, baby changing area, and small toilets for under sevens. Alternative baby changing units are available in all male and female toilets in Sherwood Row, New Row and Wrekin Walk.
Security
The Centre is permanently manned 24 hours a day by security control officers and CCTV.
Award Winning Toilet Facilities
Toilets can be found at Wrekin Walk, Sherwood Row and New Row. Customer toilets are also available in Asda, Bhs, Marks and Spencer, Debenhams and House of Fraser. Disabled toilet facilities can be found in New Row and Sherwood Row. There is also a "Changing Places" disabled toilet located in Wrekin Walk.
Disabled/Shopmobility Facilities
For those with limited mobility the Centre is able to provide a warm and friendly service to ensure all customers can enjoy their shopping experience. Just give us a call and we can provide a range of products for your use in the Centre. Full instructions will also be given to those new to the equipment. The following are provided for those who require it: FREE hire of manual and powered scooters and wheelchairs. FREE buggy pushchair hire with a refundable deposit. Award Winning Car Parks
Telford has access to over 4,000 car parking spaces. For your convenience, each car park here at the Telford Shopping Centre is colour coded and individually named. SHORT STAY CAR PARKS Ash Grey, Red Oak and Yellow Beech LONG STAY CAR PARKS Blue Willow, Brown Elm, Lime Green, Cherry Pink Disabled blue badge holders get the first hour FREE (you will need to get your ticket validated at Shopmobility or our Information/Reception Desks) after which normal rates apply. All parking is 'AA Safe'. The Centre also has a team of officers who can assist with any car parking related problems.
Child Safety - The Centre operates a Child Safe Scheme
We are proud to operate a simple, effective wristband scheme to re-unite a lost child with their family as quickly as possible. There are clearly visible child safe stickers in store windows giving telephone details to put you immediately in contact with Centre Security. Wristbands are available, FREE OF CHARGE, from the Centre Reception.
Food Outlets
Here at Telford, we offer a wide variety of dining options, with over 13 cafes and restaurants for you to choose from. We've got you covered from everything from a double cheesburger to a double espresso. The outlets are conveniently spread throughout the Centre, so there is alwayds somewhere close for you to stop and rest. Each of these food outlets are show in the shops section of this site. These are also shown in our Store Guide which is available from our Information/Reception Desks. So beit a relaxing meal, a quick snack or a fast take away that you want, we've got you fully catered for.
Parents and Children
We have specially marked car parking spaces, designed to make parking easier for parents with small children, these can be found in Red Oak and Yellow Beech car parks.
